  Most eye doctors will require the patients to avoid bending over, picking up heavy objects, and swimming in the first few days after cataract surgery. They should wait for one or two weeks after lasik surgery so that they can have contact activities. People who have cataract surgery should pay attention to the environment in case their eyes get injured by accident. Anyway, you should talk to your surgeon about what you should avoid after the surgery.

  After cataract surgery, you shall limit your time to watch TV, computer screen, newspapers as well as your cell phone. Beside, you shall keep your eyes clean, for example, not let water coming your eyes when you take shower or wash head. And you shall also keep away from kitchen and avoid spicy food. What's more, you are not recommended to enjoy strenuous exercises for the sake of your eyes.

  For the first a few days , your vision may not recover to the normal level, which requires you not to fall over, hurt your head or eyes. And for the first month, in order not to irritate your eyes, do not rub or touch you0r eyes. Do not get dust, grain of sand, soap water and other kitchen sauces into your eyes. To prevent your eyes from comtaminating, it is necessary to get away from hot tub, sauna, and spa.
