Can I wear yellow tinted sunglasses in bright sunlight ?

I am intending to wear yellow tinted sunglasses for cycling and I wonder if it is a good choice to make the sunlight not so glaring.

    Yellow tinted sunglasses are often used in a cloudy or overcast day because yellow tint can increase the contrast. So you'd better not choose yellow tint in bright sunlight but you can choose a darker tint, like grey or brown.

    Yellow tinted sunglasses can improve the light contrast to make things more clear, so they are much useful in cloudy days or at night. But it is not a good choice to wear them in sunny days as they could make the lights more glaring. You may choose polarized lens which can reduce glare for cycling.
