How to relieve computer eye strain?

My eyes are often strained due to the long exposure to the computer screen, and it decreases my work efficiency so much. How can I relieve the computer eye strain?

It is common to have eye strain if you face the computer screen for a long time. To relieve it, you should use proper lighting. If your computer light is too bright, you can get eye strain easily. Adjust the brightness of the display so it's approximately the same as the brightness of your surrounding workstation. Blink your eyes regularly and wet your eyes with certain eye drops.

To relieve computer eye strain, you'd better get a pair of computer glasses which are specially designed for computer use.
