Can I change my current lenses into Transition lens?

  No. It is not the coating that makes it change color.It is the chemical material in the lenses that makes it. So you need to get new lenses.

  No. You need a new pair of transition glasses. Transition lens is unlike other coatings which can be added to the lens. It has the ability of changing the color in the material of the lens.
