Pay attention to what you drink and eat in your daily life, avoid coffee, tea or cola drinker, food with too much salt or fast foods. Try to sleep on high raised pillow, place cold cucumber slices, or cold wet tea bags (regular black tea) over your closed eyes may help you get rid of the puffy and dark circles under your eyes.

3.If you don't have 15 minutes day to spend relaxing with cucumbers on your eyes, then you can try the spoon remedy. Place a couple spoons in the freezer overnight then in the morning taken about 2-3 minutes and apply the cold spoons over your eyes. This will quickly and effectively reduce the dark circles and puffiness.
