Is it safe for me to wear the torn contacts?

My new contact lens is torn on the outer edge, but I am at school now and can't go home to replace it until tomorrow.Is it safe for me to wear them for one day?

I will not recommend you to do like that.Because it will scratch your eye and make your eye irritated. However, you can only wear one contact lens in one eye for a very short time and make it replaced as soon as possible.

No, you cannot wear torn contacts, even for one day. The contacte may not only make you miserable, but also make the tear film of your eyes scratched. I suggesy you wear your eyeglasses instead.

If you are comfortable to wear them and they won't irritate your eyes, then you can try wearing them.However I won't advocate it.
