  Depending on your health plan, your insurance may cover prescription eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses. And sometimes there will be a price limitation. If they are at a very low price, you may not be able to apply for any reimbursement.

  I think you can. My mom is a glasses wearer and she has bought plenty of them. Glasses can be expensive sometimes and she did save a lot thanks to her insurance.
