Is it normal for a 15 year old to have reading glasses?

My sister has really bad eyes seeing up close. She can't even read her text messages. Is it normal of her age to wear reading glasses?

    Yes, it is really common for people who have bad vision and can't read the small prints no matter what age he is. I know a lot of people who have reading glasses! Some peoples eyes are just worse than others and deteriorate at different ages.And nowadays a lot of people wear contacts, so maybe that's why you haven't seen many people her age with glasses.

    It is quite normal.I have even seen a 10-year-old girl wear reading glasses.I think it is the genetic factor that cause children to have bad vision.
