Can i buy computer glasses without a perscription?

If I just want a pair of computer glasses only to prevent the computer radiation, is it necessary for me to provide my prescription?

If your eyes are at good vision, you don't need to provide your presciption. You just need to tell your eye doctor the usage of your glasses and ask them to add the anti-radiation/reflective coating on your computer glasses lenses which will eliminate reflections of light from the front and back surfaces of your lenses that can cause eye strain.

If you don't need prescription computer glasses, you don't have to offer your prescription. Tell the seller the purpose that you will use your glasses for. They will add anti-radiation coating to your glasses, and then your non prescription computer glasses will be able to prevent computer radiations and protect your eyes.
