    1. Remove your goggles and splash a little water from the pool into the eye cups.2. Rub the water into your goggles with your index finger. The moisture will clean your goggles and make them less likely to steam once they are placed on your warm face.3. Shake out your goggles to prevent any excess water from lingering, which could irritate your eyes during your race.4. Put your goggles back on, this time making sure to press down firmly on all sides. If you have enough suction holding your goggles on, they should steam significantly less, if at all.
