The best sunglasses are those that: 1 - not distort the image.?2 - not dizzy (this is sometimes due to the curvature, when Base 8, sometimes cause dizziness)?3 - have UV protection (If mineral glass, or glass, protect per se).?For glasses of high mountain, you have to look with greater protection Ultra Violet. protecting our eyes from damage that can become really serious. Hence quality of the lens sunscreen is essential. Use of poor quality glasses is more harmful than not wearing anything in the eyes.

Of course. Only if the sunglasses are made of UV protection lenses, they can not reduce the strong light to your eyes, but also prevent UV rays in the sunshine. To get good sunglasses, you are judge it from the materials that applied to sunglasses, the UV protection of the lenses, and the design of the sunglasses. Besides, if you need prescription sunglasses, you shall make sure the prescription of the sunglasses fit for you.

Yes, UV rays are bad for our eyes. Too much exposure to UV rays will lead to cataracts, macular degeneration, photokeratitis and pingueculae and pterygia. Among them the photokeratitis may cause temporary vision loss. But sunglasses can block the harmful UV rays and protect our eyes from developing these eye diseases.

It is said that some kinds of sunglasses can block 100% of UV rays. And they can also absorb most HEV rays which are harmful to our eyes too. If you want to buy a pair of sunglasses, I suggest you to buy the wrap sunglasses which have a close fitting. This kind of sunglasses can limit stray sunlight reaches your eyes from the periphery of the sunglasses.

Trust me that good sunglasses can protect your eyes from harmful UV rays from the sun. But only some big eyeglasses stores have some kind of machine that can prove you their sunglasses are UV protection. So you should be careful when you are choosing a pair of sunglasses in small eyeglasses stores. But usually you can find some useful information in description of the sunglasses. It can provide you the information that whether this pair of sunglasses are with UV protection or not. Sunglasses are designed to protect our eyes from the damage of UV rays. You can try on a pair of sunglasses, you may find that they block harsh glare from sun for your eyes. Besides, different lens color will provide you with different experiences. Usually I will choose green or brown lenses because they can provide my eyes with better contrast. I can see things more clearly.

Hey, choose the sunglasses that can block 99 to 100 percent of both UVA and UVB rays. You can have a look at the labels of the sunglasses. You can find such kind of information on the labels. I have seen a kind of round sunglasses. But I won't suggest you to buy a pair of round sunglasses because the sunlight can affect on your eyes through the periphery of the sunglasses. So I will suggest you to buy those sunglasses with big lenses or can wrap your eyes which provide you with more UV blocking. Or you can wear a wide brim hat to protect harsh sunlight at the same time. Hope this helped too!
