Is it okay to wear anti reflective glasses for computer?

From today I've started wearing anti reflective glasses of 0.00 power as my vision is perfect! but I am feeling some sensation while wearing these glasses like my eyes are blinking much faster and I'm afraid that strain on my eyes shouldn't increse.
Is this because of I'm not habitual of wearing the glasses or something else?

I think that's because you are not habitual to glasses. For people who wear glasses everyday, they will feel uncomfortable if they don't wear glasses. You just need several days to adjust your self. By the way, buying a protective film for your computer screen can protect your eyes without making your feel uncomfortable.

Anti-reflective coating improves both your vision through lenses and the appearance of your eyeglasses. The visual benefits of lenses with anti-reflective coating include greater comfort during prolonged computer use. In this reason, I think you have not got used to wear the glasses. Actually, people need a period of time maybe one week to adapt to the new eyewear they got. Hope this helpful.

Of course, you can. Actually, AR coating will eliminate the reflections of light from the front and back surface of eyeglass lenses. In that way, you will feel comfortable while placing computer. However, since you have a good vision, it will take you some time to get used to it.
