How to stop watery eyes due to allergies?

I got allergy eyes. And my eyes are watering right now. It is really boring. How can i stop it?

    Dear friend, do you know which allergens caused your watery eyes? You can avoid touching this kind of allergens immediately. Or you can place a piece of ice on your closed eyes. The coolness will make your eyes feel better and the water in your eyes will wash out allergens.

    Hey, guy! You can apply some artificial tears to moisten your eyeballs and wash out the allergens. Don't rub your eyes with your dirty hands. Get away from the allergens, usually the symptom will go away on its own and don't need any special treatment. But if the symptom persists, you'd better see an eye doctor immediately.
