How to remove permanent marker from eyeglass lenses?

There are some permanent markers on my lenses. I cannot wipe them out. Sometimes they do really cause some inconveniences to me. So can you tell me how to get rid of them?

You can soap your glasses in the warm water for several minutes, and then clean the lenses with a piece of soft cloth. Dear friend, I suggest you not to remove them yourself since you'll scratch your lenses. You'd better take them to where you bought them from and let them help you.
