Do I need to replace the ortho-k lens priodically? If so, how often should I replace them?

    You may be advised by Orthokeratologist to replace the ortho-k lens every year. The ortho-k lens may become warped and have deposits after one-year use, so you may replace the ortho-k lens every year depending your condition in order to get the effective treatment of the ortho-k lens.

    Yes. Usually Ortho-k lenses will lose its effectiveness after they are worn for a long time. You have to replace them one or two years. Also it is better to keep spare pairs in case you lose a lens.
