How can high blood pressure cause blurred vision

I heard that blood pressure cause blurred vision. I have high blood pressure. I am so worried about it. Does high blood pressure really cause blurred vision?

    The high blood pressure is often cuased by the blood pressure is too high. In fact, high blood pressure is very common, so as the blurred vision.
