Because the nerves in the brain are connected with the nerves of the eyes, it is quite normal that your eyes twitch when you have a headache. You had better go to the hospital to take an examination tofind out why your head aches. It is possibly that you get migraine, nerve headache, vascular headache, nasosinusitis, and so on, and all of these diseases can affect your eye conditions and cause eye twitch. You should pay attention not to get cold or overfatigue in case of making the condition worse. When you get rid of the disease, then your eyes will be normal again.

Dear friend, usually our eyes will twitch when we suffer from eye strain or tiredness. I think you should see a doctor immediately to check out what caused your headache. If you are suffering great pressure bought by headaches, you may have twitching eyes. If your twitching eyes are caused by nerve damages, you need to seek for professional treatment. Some kind of eye disease may lead to headaches or twitching eyes. So you must treat it seriously. Hope you will be fine soon.
