Is coconut water good for cataracts ?

I heard that coconut water can help people with cataracts. Does it really help to treat cataracts? How?

    Coconut water really helps to treat cataracts. Coconut water contains many ingredients that are good for human health thus taking coconut water for beverage or external use has many advantages. Coconut water is the rich source of electrolytes such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous and sodium. These electrolytes have the functions of dehydration and balancing the electrolytes in human body. This is why coconut water is highly recommended as sports drinks. Coconut water also benefits the eyes. Cataracts are caused by oxidation. You can drop coconut water in your eyes to treat cataracts, for there are antioxidants in coconut water. In addition, drinking coconut water can be adopted to alleviate glaucoma by reducing the eye pressure.

    Yes, coconut water can help people with cataracts because of the inner moisture role. Drinking coconut water will be helpful for your eyes and make your eyes to be moisture and not dry. It can to some degree treat your cataracts. You need to have the good rest for the eyes, too. The warm compress will be suitable for you.
