How soon can we get the glasses we ordered online?

Waiting for glasses. I ordered my glass on Wednesday April 3,2013 I have been checking the status online and it still says lens waiting for about 5 days now.is something wrong with my order?i need them soon and I figured they would at least been shipped by now.

Dear friend, before you take order, you can chart with the customer service to see whether they have good in stock. If there are no lenses in stock, they may need to transship lenses from other warehouse so it will take a few days more than you predicted. But nowadays, the shipment is very convenient. You can check the status online to know the condition of your order. Please just be more patient. Thank you for your corporation in advance!

This depends on what lenses and shipping method you choose, namely the time includes the processing time and shipping time.

Processing

In most cases, the processing may take 3-4 business days for normal single vision eyeglasses. Orders with tinted lenses may take 5-7 business days. Orders with photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, Bifocals/Progressive lenses, or Wraparound prescription sunglasses may take 8-11 business days.
