Can you get coloured contacts that work as normal contacts?

Wantin some contacts for halloween but i already wear normal contacts to correct my vision, is there any lenses that are coloured and work as normal contacts or can coloured contacts be put over normal contacts?

I wonder whether you have the ability to put two pair of contacts in your eyes . Even though you can ,you will not feel comfortable .moreover ,colored contacts are thicker and harder than normal one due to due to dyeing layer . Also they have poor air permeability which may cause itching and congestion .there are prescription colored contacts on the market ,but before you decide to wear colored contacts ,it is highly suggested that you see your doctor and follow his advice

Search in Google, you can find there are so many shops carry colored contact lenses with prescription. To get a pair of suitable contact lenses, you shall take an detail eye exam first so as to get the accurate prescription contact lenses.
