During menopause, it is quite normal that many physical functions will decline, including eye vision, which is caused by less estrogen. But don't worry, a diet containing phytoestrogens such as soy, products, fish, meat, legumes, vegetables, fruits and other calcium-containing foods will help. Meanwhile, keep regular exercise and a positive attitude toward menopause.
