Ok, I can see that your friend has got some problems. So, actually, twitching eyes could be derived from a lot of reasons, such as a lack of sleep, eye infections, lack of vitamins, etc. So, you should remind your friend to take in some vitamin pills and get more rest. If that doesn't help, your friend needs to see a doctor. Sometimes, fatigue or work stress could lead to twitching eyes. So, try to pay attention to those aspects.

Your involuntary eye rolling will cause the eyes infection because of the coming bacterium. You will also find that your eyes may easily get red. You need to find something to stop your behavior. You should firstly understand that your rolling of the eyes is such a bad behavior. Then you could make yourself not do this behavior easily. You could ask someone to help you. The one must be the person who will be with you often. He could give you the hint when you want to roll the eyes. It is very helpful which you could have a try.
