  After the lasik surgery, you should not use your eyes too much time in front of the computers or electric products. You could have the good rest for the eyes. You should get away from the spicy food which will stimulate your eyes nerves. You should keep the health diet to increase the necessary element for your eyes.

  Actually, lasik surgeries is one of the most popular surgeries people might receive because of its great effectiveness. Anyway, you should try to avoid watching TV or staring at the sun or some lights. Try to get adequate rest and pay attention to your diet. Also, vitamin pills might be useful. I still recommend regular medical checkup in the hospital so that potential problems will not emerge.
