  Yes, gluten can be harm to your eyes. And in common, it will lead to some eye problems. For example, it may lead to eye bags, floaters, even dark circles. As we know that gluten can lead to the dark circles under your eyes, because of the gluten intolerance, which can be related to the immune system. To treat it, you need to try some ways to cure your immune system. For this, you should go and see the doctor. Also, to treat dark circles, cool teabags and cucumber can be effective.   If you have the insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables and often eat refined flour, the gluten may stay in the small intestine for a long time. It may get through the digestive tract wall into the blood and appear gluten allergy. Then your eyes may easily get dry. You need to do something to get rid of the dry eyes. You could use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to moisture your eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make your eyes become moisture. There are many ways for you to do to protect the eyes. You should keep the good diet and eat more vegetables and fruits to make you healthy at both eyes and body.
