Why do I get dark circles under eyes after rhinoplasty?

  Since you take the rhinoplasty, your blood circulation may be affected. You will get the bad blood circulation which will cause your dark circles under the eyes which could also be caused by the lack of good sleep. You could use some oil essentials to reduce the symptom. You'd better have the good rest for the eyes.

  Well, first, I have to say that it is normal to have dark circles under eyes after rhinoplasty. But on the other hand, it is not permanent, but may take 6-10 months to resolve in unusual cases. And for your situation, the dark circles are blood trapped along the orbital rim. Whether you are male or female a minimal amount of inconspicuous, professionally selected make-up will be helpful. Also, you can try some oil, such as black seed oil and fish oil. Also, green teabags can be useful too.

  Yes, I think it is possible to get dark circles from rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty is a nose surgery for functional or cosmetic purpose. Different purpose requires different method of this surgery. However, normally rhinoplasty will cause swelling and bruise around, we can find many people have swelling eyes and nose after a nose job. Capillaries are very delicate and easy to get broke. The more complicated your surgery is, the more puffiness and bruises you might get. Broken capillaries and blood condensed under skin beneath eyes would definitely cause discoloration and dark circles. You could try to apply some warm compress to help blood circultion which can reduce the dark circles. Eyes massage could help too if it is ok to do so. Normally if the dark circles are caused by rhinoplasty, they will clear off as you get healed. If dark circles stay with you even after you healed up, then visit your surgeon to find out what is wrong with your surgery.
