  As far as i know, it will take a long time for all swelling to resolve. Several weeks, about four or five weeks after a surgery is actually considered to be relatively soon.But for some individuals the swelling can persist for months and it usually will take a year for the tissues settle back to normal. That may help.

  There are many side effects after the blepharoplasty, including the swollen eyes. Usually the swollen eyes may last for about one week if you treat the eyes well. You should not smoke or drink which will stimulate your eyes. In addition, you could also have the good rest for the eyes. You could use the warm compress to release the eyes.
