So, it is good for you to take care of them before having some eye problems. Anyway, you should know that a lack of vitamin B12 would give rise to a lot of problems, such as anemia, and neurological problems, as well as eye diseases, such as blurred vision, watery eyes, as well as photophibia, which is quite terrible. Thus you should take in enough vitamins before it is too late. Hope you could get a balanced diet and pay more attention to your eye health.

Yes, it is possible for you to get blurred eye vision because of vitamin b12 deficiency. The vitamin B12 is also called cobalamin. The nature of vitamin B12 is microbial synthesis and higher plants. The vitamin B12 needs a kind of intestinal secretions which is the internal factor that can help to be absorbed. Some people get intestines and stomach anomaly, lack of this kind of endogenous factor, not adequate dietary source and so on, they may suffer from pernicious anemia. The plant foods basically do not have vitamin B12 which will stay for a long time in the intestines. About three hours, it can be absorbed into vitamin B12 which may mainly have the physiological function that can participate in manufacturing bone marrow cell and prevent pernicious anemia. That is to say, most of the water-soluble vitamin need a few seconds to become the vitamin in the body. The lack of vitamin B12 will cause the damage of brains. The anemia and damaged brain cause the blurred eye vision. Thus, you'd better not lack the vitamin b12.

Well, yes vitamin b12 deficiency can lead to blurred vision. First, you should know that vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that your body needs for the production of red blood cells and to maintain the central nervous system. And when you suffer vitamin b12 deficiency, it will lead to autonomic nerve damage which can cause symptoms seemingly unrelated to the nerves such as abdominal bloating, blurred vision, diarrhea, dizziness and impotence. For the treatments, you can have injections of B12 to rapidly treat the deficiency while suggesting dietary changes. Also, you can consume foods rich in B12 such as fish, poultry and eggs.
