Well, it seems that you are not quite happy recently. So, since crying could leave your eyes swelling and appear to be red and horrible. Therefore you have to take some measures to fix it. Anyway, after crying, you should get use some warm compressor to apply on your eyelids so as to relieve the swelling eyes, also try to get more rest and have a healthier diet. Most importantly, do not rub your eyes because that may results in infections.

Well, generally speaking, crying can be bad for your eyes, for it can lead to high eye pressure. As we know that if you cry too much, your blood pressure will be high. And then, your eye pressure will turn high too. And you should know that it can lead to some other eye diseases, such as the red eyes and bloodshot. To relax your eyes, you can sip fluids all the time. By sipping small amounts of fluids constantly, it will control your eye pressure. Also, some eye drops, such as beta blockers or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors can be effective too. Besides, cool cucumber can be good for your situation too. so just have a try.

I totally understand your feeling. I like crying very much. Sometime just a soap opera can make me cry for a while. And each time after crying, I found my eyes red, puffy and dryness. The puffy eyelids make me embarrassed and look bad. For me, I usually adapt some cold compress measure to help reduce the puffiness. Put some cold cucumber slices on your eyes, it can help reduce puffiness and calm down your emotion. The cucumber slice supplies skin with abundant of water which can refresh your skin. It is very popular to use spoon to help too. Put the spoon in cold water for a few minutes and then apply it on your puffy eyelids. It can help the puffy skin effectively. I also take some moisturizing eye drops to make my eyes feel better. Maybe too much tears running out make them dry. Taking some lubricant eye drops can ease redness and grittiness. Crying is good to health to some extent. Just remember don't cry too much to make your eyes puffy, which is not a good looking. Hope this can help you.
