Well, yes, presbyopia will become worse as we age. Presbyopia is a condition, caused by aging. Generally speaking, when you suffer it, you will find it difficult to read small words at close distances or to work on the computer for long periods of time. And according to some researches, a gradual thickening and loss of flexibility of the natural lens inside your eyes will be the reasons. By the way, age-related changes will occur within the proteins in the lens, and then, it will make the lens harder and less elastic over time. That is why when we get older, the presbyopia will become worse.

The answer is yes because it's a normal physiological phenomenon. Presbyopia is a natural age change that will lose the ability to focus on close objects, and it can comfortably be corrected by the way of wearing reading glasses more or less. As time goes by, our body's metabolism will surely be declined, our muscles would get loosed and our eyesight will absolutely fail. The symptom will be worse and worse with the passage of time, the only difference is the speed of its change. But i hear of that laser surgery can treat for presbyopia and i definitely a healthy habits can also take effect. Hope these suggestions will be helped.
