It should be the same. Up to now, there is very limited proof that leads this kind of saying. The color of eyes is determined by the amount and patterns of pigment. While the pigment is determined by different genetic, which means different eye color comes from different DNA. No matter what color of your pupil, it works the same way.

Well, as far as I know, it would not give to any strength in night vision if you have blue eyes when compared with other colored eyes. Because human's night vision is not decided by their eye color, but their visual system. Different colored eyes have little differences other than appearance. So, take it easy.

Well, generally speaking, there is nothing to do with the color of the eyes. In common, you should know that the rods in the eye are responsible for vision under very dim levels of illumination. So we can not say that people with blue eyes has better night vision than people wit other eye color. And if you have some questions, you can just console it with the doctor.
