What kind of sunglass would help to protect eyes?

I am having trouble choosing a right sunglass. I am looking for a sunglass that could help to protect my eyes. I hear that polarized sunglass would help, is that true?

yes ,polarized sunglasses is a good choice .they r better than regular ones . They can help reduce reflected glare from the water ,the windows ,the ground etc and give you a much clearer view . They are also 100% protection of UVA and UVB.

Yes, polarized sunglasses can help protect your eyes. But the sunglasses with UV protection can better protect your eyes because they can block harmful UV rays which may lead to cataracts or macular degeneration when we get older.

The sunglasses with UVA protection can protect your eyes. Polarized sunglasses can help filter glare from smooth surfaces such as water or a smooth road. Once a salesman told me that the sunglasses with 100% UV protection are better than the sunglasses which can block 98-99% UV rays. Maybe they are more expensive. But they can better protect your eyes.

Good sunglasses should be 100% UV protection, with right hue, have polarized lenses. And the quality of the lenses should be good. They should fit your face shape and of the right size. As to the size of the lenses, I think the bigger one is better than the smaller one because they can completely shelter our eyes from UV rays. You can also consider wraparound sunglasses if you like that kind of style.
