Well, yes, after cataract surgery, it is possible to have double vision. And it is normal to have double vision after the cataract surgery. Cataract surgery involves the removal of a lens, which is no longer operating properly and replacement with a prosthetic one. Of course, there are a few complications of cataract surgery, such as the double vision, because your eyes become sensitive and fragile. But on the other hand, it is very normal to have this operation in the United States. So you should worry about it. Just do what doctor has told you. Also, there are also many tips after you have taken the surgery. For example, you should not watch TV or computer in the first week, and also should be careful when you have shower.

Yes, the cataract surgery may cause the double vision. Because of there is the rise of eye pressure after the cataract surgery, you may easily feel blurry at the vision. However, you should protect your eyes carefully after the surgery. If there is any problem, you'd better go to see the doctor and have a full check on the eyes.
