Generally speaking, flying is safe after LASIK surgery. But you must make sure your eyes are completely recover from the surgery and can focus something well. Besides, most of people who take LASIK surgery tend to be easy dry eyes, and the airplanes are actually dry environments. So, you shall take more eye drops if plan to keep your eyes moist.

Of course. It is safe to fly shortly after Lasik Surgery. However, the doctor will advise you to go travelling 1 week after the surgery because you may suffer some discomfort during the fly. As we all know the atmosphere inside the plane is extremely dry, so if you need to fly shortly, you'd better take your artificial tears with you in order to keep your eyes lubricated. If you find something uncomfortable with your eyes, you should go back to your surgeon to have your eyes re-checked.
