I usually choose the anti-reflective coating for lenses. Anti-reflective coating is highly recommended for all eyeglass lenses, but especially for polycarbonate, high-index and aspheric lenses, which all reflect more light than regular lenses.

In addition to standard coating, anti-reflective coating, also called "anti-glare coating" can improve vision, reduce eye strain and make your eyeglasses look more attractive.

There are many advantages to having your eyes fully visible behind your lenses, and anti reflective coating allows you to enjoy all of them. Anti-reflective lenses can lead to clearer vision. Reflections interfere with your ability to see naturally out of your glasses–often in ways that you don't even notice at first.
