Why does my eyelid keep twitching?

  Eyelid twitching can be caused by several factors. Some people get eyelid twitching due to eye fatigue. When you spend long time on computer or TV screen or you often read in dim light, you are easy to suffer eye strain which may lead to eye twitching. Besides, short term stress or lack of sleep can also cause eye to keep twitching. Some people get eye twitching after they drink excessive caffeine. So you should find out the exact reason that cause your eye twitching and then take measures to deal with it.

  There are many reasons can cause twitching to eyelid. In details, When we under stress at times, our bodies react in different way and eyelid twitching are one of the sign of stress. Tiredness, If you lack of sleep, It can cause eyelid spasms. Caffeine and alcohol, It is proved by many experts that too much caffeine or alcohol can trigger eye twitches. At last, If you body lack of certain nutritional substances like magnesium also contribute to eyelid spasms.
