Why does one of my eyes seems more smaller than the other?

My right eye seems to be more smaller than my left eye. The prescription in my left eye is -4.00 and -4.75 in the right. Why could my eye be slightly more closed and smaller than my left?

Maybe your right eyelid is a slight drooping or ptosis, which make your right eye look much smaller than your left eye. If you get this problem recently, you should go to your doctor to have your eyes checked.
