What can I do about tired eyes when I have much reading?

I always have tired eyes when I read too much, what can I do to relieve it?

    For tired eyes when reading, you can take frequent breaks (every 15-30 minutes) and look at something at distance to make your eye muscles relaxed. Keep a proper distance away from the book.

    If your eyes get tired after reading a lot, you can stop to do some eye exercises to have your eyes relaxed. Doing eye exercises can strengthen the eye muscles and keep your eye healthy.
