Why does wearing sunglasses cause dizziness?

  Maybe it is because the temple is too tight or the bridge part isn't in a proper position, which may cause pression on your head.

  If your sunglasses are non prescription,the dizziness may be caused by oppression of nose pad. In that case,you should not wear sunglasses too long.

  Maybe the sunglasses are too tight for you.Stop wearing them and see if you feel dizzy again.
