Can I use computer glasses even if I have a 20/20 vision?

Can I use computer glasses even if I have perfect vision? Won't that hurt my eyes if I wear that kind of computer glasses? I cannot bear my computer from getting my eyes blurry and make me headaches, neck and back pains.

It is normal for people who work on the computer more than 8 hours a day to have headaches,neck and back pains. The best suggestion is to turn your neck around to make it relax and move your focus away from the computer every 30 minutes. And the computer glasses do work to reduce the computer radiation which may cause eye dry, itch and fatigue. As you have perfect vision, you can get non prescription computer glasses. It won't have any side effects, I think .
