My order status says “abnormal” but I haven’t received an email with any questions. I would like to know what’s the information you guys need to completely process my glasses.

I really need new glasses soon so it would be appreciated if I can find out quick. My order number is 18122301071491 and my name is Nelmalie Rivera.

    I have ever encountered such condition, and I haven't received any email information, so I sent an email to firmoo, they replied that my order was under checking which was normal state. Once the order information was checked for confirmation, it would be passed and transformed into normal state, otherwise they will send you an email to notice you. You'd better check your email for comfirmation.
