Are those with high prescription suitable to wear sunglasses?

  People with high prescription can also wear sunglasses while the most suitable colors for lenses should be green and gray.

  No matter low or high prescription both can wear sunglasses, in order to reduce the outdoor uv damage to our eyes.

  My doctor once told me that if the prescription is higher than 600, you’d better not to wear sunglasses, otherwise it is more likely to cause eye discomfort and dizziness.
