Would I ruin my eyesight if I wore reading glasses bought from the store?

If I bought reading glasses, the glasses that magnify, from Wal-Mart, or whatever, would they eventually cause me to get real glasses?

    Wearing reading glasses that bought from the store won't make you need glasses, but they will make things blurry with your distance vision while you are wearing them. If you just want to wear glasses for fashion , you can get fake glasses online.
