Can I use reading glasses with my contacts?

I find sometimes while wearing my contact lenses I may need a little more help seeing my computer screen. I wear a -2.25 in my left eye and a -2.50 in my right. I just need to know if there is any type of reading glasses I could wear to help improve my reading on the computer.

Presumably the contacts have already corrected any nearsightedness/astigmatism, so you can just wear the pre-made drugstore reading glasses over your contacts (it won't hurt you vision). Sure, you can choose to go to an optician and get a custom-made one, but try the cheap drugstore ones first and see if they work OK for you.

You could just increase the prescription of your contact lenses which could help you see clearly in front of the computers. However, the reading glasses are useful for those people with far sighted problems which could not see the things near. You don't need the reading glasses. By just increasing the prescription of the contact lenses will be helpful.

Well, of course, there are some reading glasses which can be used with the contact lenses. So we can say that you can wear contact lenses and reading glasses at the same time. Generally speaking, contact lenses are applied directly in your eyes, and they can touch your eye ball directly. In that way, you can see something better. But on the other hand, if you still can not see clearly on the computer screen. You can just go and console the professional person who can give some eye exam. And then recommend some types of reading glasses for you, especially, you can wear them when seeing the computer. But you should know that by wearing both of them, it will increase the risk of getting the eye strain. And some people even can not be accustomed to the high eye pressure. So you should ask some advices from doctor.
