  The strengh of your computer glasses should be decided by your prescription , which is usually 1/3 weeker than your regular prescription . computer glasses are special made to see distance in 1-2 feets . reading glasses are made for closer distance while distant glasses are made for 2 feets to the infinity . so you only need to wear computer glasses when you see the computer screen .

  computer glasses are eyeglasses specially designed for people who spend lots of time in front of computer. The main purpose of computer glasses is to protect eyes from reflective light and disorder light from computer screen so as to give wears the best comfortable vision. And to help people with poor vision, prescription computer glasses are available. Different from regular glasses prescription, the prescription for computer glasses are specially made to help people see computer (about 1-3feets distance).
