What food is good for dark circles under eyes ?

I have dark circles under eyes for about a year. I tried to reduce it. But it doesn't work. Do you know what food is good for dark circles under eyes?

    There are two ways for you to use foods to reduce your dark circles, that is, for external application and for oral adminiistration. There various kinds of foods for external application. For example, you can cut the potatoes into very thin slices, close your eyes first and then put one piece of the potato slices on the surface of each of your eyes. Keep this state for about ten minutes and do it one or two times a day and you can see effective results if you persist in doing this for a month or more. Besides, you can as well cut the apples, cucumbers and so on and apply the slices on the skin of your eyes. As to foods for oral administration, there are even more choices for you. Foods like lean meat, milk, eggs, aquatic products are rich in good proteins which are good for the skins. Vitamin A can nourish the eyes, and you can eat more animal livers, butter, carrots. Vitamin E can also nourish the skins of the eyes, and you can eat much sesames, peanuts, nuts and sunflower seeds. Foods like sea-tangles are rich in ferrum can accelerate the blood circulation of the eyes. In addition, drinking much green tea can remit the forming of dark circles because it can resist the radiation from the computer.
