Is there anything I can do to better enhance my vision before an eye exam?

I am going to take an eye exam of FAA physical.The result means a lot to me .I am wondering if there is anything that I can do before eye exam to improve my vision . Thanks.

FAA physical ? So you want to be a pilot and have a good result in the eye exam ? I think there is nothing you can do except having a good night's sleep . Even though you can't enhance your vision ,and they are only kept in a good condition . So be it ,guy ! Good luck !

Have a good sleep in the night before you have the exam. Relax yourself when examing.
