Can a stye cause blindness ?

  Of course not, eye stye will not lead to blindness. So you should not worry about it anymore. And generally speaking, for eye stye, it is inflammation of the eyelid, usually inside one of the small glands lining the eyelid. And for the causes, it is often caused by infection from bacteria. And because of it, your eyes will feel itchy, puffy, and red. But it will not cause blindness. For the treatments, cool teabags can be effective. Also, you should make sure your eyes are far from the bacteria. Anyway, just be careful about it.

According to what I know, stye is not a very serious matter, which could be relieve through some medical treatment, and generally speaking, few cases indicate that stye leads to blindness, as long as you take actions right away, there would not be such risks.
