There are many causes of eye bags. Some common causes are listed below.
1.lack of sleep. When you don't get enough sleep, you have a poorer blood circulation and your metobolism slows down. Thus eye bags are formed.
2.aging. When people grow older, their skin under their eyes wrinkles and sags.
3. heredity. Eye bags runs in family.
4.fatigue. If you work too much or you are too stressful, you may suffer from eye bags.
5. allergies (like eczema and asthma)
6.Unhealthy lifestyle. Many studies have shown that smoking or drinking too much alcohol, coffee, soda and other highly-caffeinated beverages will only worsen the condition.

1. cold application. Put ice bag on your eye bags.
2. Wash your face with cool water. Clean up thoroughly.
3. Place sliced potato or cucumber over each eye for about 30 minutes.

The reasons for eye bags are various. Maybe it is because you have stayed up too late these days and maybe because you have drunk too much water before you sleep. The quick and effective way of removing eye bags is to cover your eyes with cool towel, several mites later, your eye bags will disappear. The result is better, if you put a cup of tea in the fridge to cool it for 15 minutes. Then use a piece of cotton pad to soak into the cool tea. Finally, use the cool cotton pad to cover your eyes for a few minutes.
In my experiences,people get eye bags easily when we stay up late in the night before.The lack of sleep may cause the muscle under your eyes strengthen,so the eye tissues there will droop.
For my advice,you can use the fresh potato chips to lay them on your eyes before sleeping for about 15 minutes,attention that the thick chips can be better.It is very effective if you can stick to do it everyday.
