No, the color of eyes are determined by more than one gene. It is quite complicated. According to the DNA we inhereted from our parents and it is influenced by many genes. The eye color is up to the quantitiy and kinds of pigmentations in iris and the light that can be absorbed. The color of iris varies from light blue to dark. The lasik surgery only changes the cornea to correct the curvature so that light could focus properly on the retina. It can't change the pigmentation of iris. So it is impossible to change eye color by lasik surgery. Now the technology of refractive surgery develops well and mature. It is very safe with high succeed rate. If you want to correct your refractive errors, it works with no doubt. If you want to change the eye color, it is absolutely impossible. By the way, if you want to change the color of iris, I suggest you to use colored contact lenses, which is amazing.

LASIK or Lasik , commonly referred to as laser eye surgery, is a type of refractive surgery for the correction of myopia hyperopia and astigmatism. Lasik is performed on the front clear layer of the eye known as the cornea, so it never changes the eye color. Eye color is a polygenic phenotypic character. The pigmentation of the eye’s iris and the frequency-dependence of the scattering of light are the 2 distinct factors which determine eye color. Also, eye color is various because of different environment and genes. We often see blue eyes people in Europe, while dark eyes and brown eyes are commonly seen in Asian and Africa. However, with technology development, people can changing eye color through wearing colored contact lenses.. Red, blue, dark, gray, green, even purple are all can be selected. Many Hollywood stars also chose colored contact lenses to help with acting perfectly.
