Can green tea cause blurry vision?

    To the opposite, the green tea is very good for your body as well as your eyes but not cause the blurry vision. The green tea contains most of the natural factors as tea polyphenols, chlorophyll, vitamins and other organic compounds, mineral substances. Most of them have the function of health care and illness precautions. The SOD even would be anti-aged. It has the other function of cancer prevention, inflammation diminishing, which would not be contained in other kind of teas. If you want to say the disadvantages of it, I will tell you that please do not drink it too much before you sleep, it would make you exciting. So, why does it would cause blurry vision? Sounds strange!

    No, as far as i know, green tea won't cause blurry vision, on the contrary, it can refreshes your vision. In fact, green tea contain certain substances that can help you keep good vision. Besides, drinking more green tea can also help people prevent substance prevents ocular degeneration and stress. So, you can feel free to drink some green tea every day.
